Are You Eligible?

Before applying, please check that you meet the following criteria:

✅ Aged 60 or over

✅ In housing need and unable to afford suitable accommodation in the private housing market

✅ Able to live independently

✅ Applications from couples are welcome, provided both applicants meet the eligibility criteria

Who Is Not Eligible?

Unfortunately, applicants cannot be:

❌ A homeowner or owner of another property

❌ Generally, applicants whose income and assets exceed the Charity's financial eligibility thresholds (£380 per week for a single applicant or £530 per week for a couple)
